Camp Halloween: An illustration and photo bash experiment

Originally this piece started off as just a fun fashion sketch for myself for Halloween. But I enjoyed it so much I ended up adding in some extra experimentation to it. I noticed that a lot of people have been looking back at very camp Halloween costumes of the 2000 to 2010s. Figured I'd make a little love letter to those neon, Scene style Monster costumes that I used to love and dream about wearing every time I went to my local Halloween shop. Pay a little homage to that, but also try out a little bit of photo bashing. I really wanted to have fun with and the border elements that ended up taking inspirations from the carved marks one would find when looking at the carved blocks for Block printing.
